We offer free delivery to locations within a 15-mile radius of the store. Orders outside this zone are subject to charges (please call for details).
Dimensional lumber, plywood, and sheeting are specially banded and loaded to dump, unless the customer specifically requests hand unloading. For dump-load deliveries, the customer must provide an area, free from obstruction (trees, power lines, septic fields, etc...), so as to raise the truck bed and release the load. Whether a site is suitable for loads to be dumped is entirely up to the driver's discretion.
For deliveries that require hand unloading (cement, drywall, etc...), the customer must provide an able-bodied person, capable of lifting at least 75lbs., to assist in the unloading of the merchandise. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and limited staffing, in most cases we cannot be responsible for carrying unloaded merchandise to locations of more than 10 feet from the truck (i.e. carrying drywall to the second story, or carrying lumber from the driveway to a job site inaccessible by truck for dumping).
Rooftop delivery for shingles is available.
Pallet deliveries (i.e. cement/gravel mix) intended for forklift unloading will be subject to a pallet charge of $25 per pallet.
